Aaj Desi Black Yellow Green Professional Driver Academy is an approved education provider for the New York City. We teach new taxi driver applicants and current taxi drivers to obtain new license and maintain their current taxi license.

RENEWAL COURSE
Required Course
All TLC Drivers when renewing TLC License, must attend and complete 6 hour Renewal Course. No Exam!
Course available 7 days a week. DAY, NIGHT, WEEKDAY, WEEKEND CLASSES AVAILABLE

24 HOUR CLASS
Required Course
The 24 hour class teaches applicants required topics: New York City Geography, Map Reading, Rules & Regultions, DMV Regulations (vision zero) and customer relations.

WAV - WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE VEHICLE
Required Course
NYC requires all NYC Taxi drivers to take the 3 hour course. This course offers the following: Introduction to ADA Laws, Disability Sensitivity and Etiquette Training, Learning how to operate a wheelchair in Taxi along with informational videos.

PED - PORTABLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Required Course
The PED course is a 2 hour class for TLC Drivers that were mandated by the TLC after a PED conviction.

For students who need additional help understanding the material at their own pace. Course taught by Mr. AJ.
